1. That your loan application may be reviewed by the Federal Home Loan Mortgage Corporation Loan Prospector Automated Underwriting Service (Freddie Mac/Loan Prospector – “LP”) or the Federal National Mortgage Association Desktop Underwriting Service (Fannie Mae/Desktop Underwriter – “DU”) to assist Newhome Community Mortgage in processing your application.
   
   
2. That you authorize Newhome Community Mortgage to obtain copies of your personal credit report in order to process your web application.
